Nicaragua One Day Tour

Nicaragua is Costa Rica’s neighbor at north, a country with a full history to be told, but also with a lot of beauties to be seen.

Starting early in the morning and after a good Costa Rican typical breakfast, we will continue and cross the border, our first stop will be a the Granada lake where we take a boat to observe the more of 300 small islands, formed by a volcanic eruption.

Our second stop will be in Granada, the oldest city in central america, here you will appreciate all the buildings with a colonial style but very well preserved, while our local explain us about their interesting history.
Next stop will be in Masaya, another interesting city, right here is where our nicaraguan typical lunch will take place, but also is the best option to buy any kind of souvenir from Nicaragua at the local market, a lot of handcrafted, products made from wood, leather are found.

Finally we will take you to the Masaya volcano, here you will be able to see it huge crater right from the edge, all the steam coming up from the bottom.

On the way back we will make a short stop at the katarina look out point, just to take another perspective of the beauties of Nicaragua before we get back. ( Important: bring passport and flight itinerary. )
